At our restaurant with garden in San Antonio, any evening is perfect for a memorable dinner during your holidays in Ibiza. More so when we’re serving our special set menu dinners, which this time feature Symphonie Rosé wine made by Château Sainte Marguerite.
Dinner Under the Stars with Château Sainte Marguerite
From 30th July until 27th August, Wednesday evenings are devoted to pairing our chef’s cuisine with the fresh, fruity notes of the Symphonie Rosé wine and the catching rhythms of Swingin’ Tonic. Four special dinners offered in partnership with French winemakers, Château Sainte Marguerite, whose wines boast the AOC designation label of Côtes-de-Provence.
On each of these special evenings (30th July and 9th, 20th and 27th August) we’ll serve a set menu consisting of a welcome glass of Symphonie Rosé, a starter to choose out of three options, a main course to choose between fish or meat and a dessert to choose out of two options.
The price of this special menu with live music under the stars is €50 per person (drinks not included).

Created in 1999, this rosé wine made with Cinsault, Garnacha and Rolle grapes offers an elegant fusion of delicate and fresh notes, with hints of peach and grapefruit on the nose and tongue. This Cru Classe rosé wine with the Côtes-de-Provence designation label and the French label for organic and vegan products, embodies the diversity and richness of the land of the Côtes-de-Provence appellation d'origine contrôlée.
Special edition of our Dinner Under the Stars for Sant Bartomeu 2025
Once again this year, the terrace of Villa Mercedes turns into a special vantage point for the famous fireworks of Sant Bartomeu (24 August), which is the local fiesta in Sant Antoni. If you don’t yet know where you’re having dinner on Sant Bartomeu night, book your table with us now and enjoy a special evening with our Sant Bartomeu special Dinner Under the Stars which will include two options for starters, two options for the main course (meat or fish) and two options for dessert as well as half a bottle of Symphonie Rosé by Château Sainte Marguerite per person.
The price of the Sant Bartomeu special Dinner Under the Stars is €90 per person. If you don’t feel like the set menu on 24th August, you can choose from our usual menu, so you won’t have to go forgo your favourite dish at Villa Mercedes.
