Villa Mercedes is welcoming a new summer season in San Antonio, with renewed energy, new dishes and our unmistakable Mediterranean essence. This summer 2025, we’re back with the anticipation of many memorable experiences by the sea waiting to be relished and enjoyed. Coming?
With the warm weather comes the opening of the most charming and romantic restaurant in San Antonio harbour to offer the very best food and hospitality. The 2025 season brings new exciting dishes as well as a programme full of special events and the best musical pairing for your dinner at Villa Mercedes. Start of a new season at Villa Mercedes
This summer, Villa Mercedes will return with its usual stylish and welcoming character. Whether outdoors or indoors, our restaurant is the perfect setting for lunch or dinner with your friends or partner or to celebrate events or weddings. All this with a food experience inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and a menu that is a tribute to the flavours of Ibiza’s sea and land.

Fish and rice dishes take centre stage this summer
The new menu, available on our website, has been thoughtfully designed to celebrate the best local produce and our creativity in the kitchen. You’ll find delicious proposals to share or whet your appetite, like the Gorgonzola and cep croquettes, grilled leeks with salsa brava or Andalusian-style squid rings, as well as our essential meat dishes, roasted or grilled on the Josper grill, like our grilled payés chicken thigh, Black Angus flank steak, Iberian pork fillet, bottom sirloin steak of Frisona beef, sirloin steak and our proper beef hamburger.
But the real stars this summer are our fish and rice dishes. You’ll be tempted by our skate with citrus and caper butter, Ibizan “sofrit” style octopus or our fish & chips with tartar sauce and mushy peas to mention only a few of the mouthwatering fish options. Or by our rice dishes cooked in pure Valencian-style finished off under the grill for 5-6 minutes: try the “del senyoret a la llauna” rice or the spicy rice dish called “a la llauna” or the creamy rice with vegetables. Mediterranean flavours that you can accompany with a refreshing sangría, a cocktail or a bottle from our carefully chosen list of wines, cava and champagnes.
Opening hours adapted for you to enjoy the summer
During the 2025 season, Villa Mercedes’s kitchen is open every day, 12-5pm and 7-11pm. Long hours for a languid lunch or dinner under the stars in our garden or terrace overlooking the sea. And after the meal, no need to leave, sit and sip a cocktail without hurry: mojito, caipirinha, piña colada, sex on the beach, aperol spritz… The classic flavours to round off a meal or get a long summer night to a good start.

The villa to celebrate weddings and events in 2025
Villa Mercedes is still the perfect place to celebrate private weddings and events. Built in 1901, this old mansion stands out because it’s one of the last ones of its kind to survive in San Antonio village, giving a unique touch to any event. With its beautiful terrace with balustrade and a sea view, its fresh, lush gardens, the different versatile spaces, a team taking care of every single detail and food proposals to suit every occasion, Villa Mercedes has everything you need for a successful event, from an intimate wedding to a product launch or a business event.
