This summer, Villa Mercedes will be bringing you local produce from market to table, in the form of delicious Med dishes that include tapas, meat dishes, pasta and Valencia-style paellas finished off under the grill for 5-6 minutes. Mouth-watering flavours to relish in our gardens in the summer evenings and nights, followed by after-dinner drinks in San Antoni in a relaxed atmosphere with the cool night breeze.

Whether you’re with your family or friends, at Villa Mercedes you’ll find the menu that best fits your group. For the 2024 season, we’ve prepared three options for you to choose the one that best suits you.
Tapas menu
For when you want to have a bite of this and that, in pure Spanish style. You’ll have bread with aioli, padrón peppers, an assortment of croquettes, potatoes in spicy tomato sauce called patatas bravas, mussels Mariniere, burrata salad, steak tartare with brioche and grilled provoleta cheese with tomato and pepper chutney.

Villa Menu
The perfect choice for group dinners where you wish to combine tapas and a main course. For this menu we serve starters to share: grilled provoleta cheese with tomato and pepper chutney; salad with in-season tomatoes, onions, pickles and tuna; and steak tartare with brioche. Then you each choose a main course from among: tagliata of bottom sirloin steak grilled on the Josper grill, croaker with potato mash and sautéed cherry tomatoes, or vegetable rice (min. 2 people). And to finish off, two desserts to share: moist brownie with vanilla ice-cream and blue cheese cheesecake with red berries.

Dine Before 9 Menu
If you’re planning a group dinner for before 9 p.m., this special Villa Mercedes menu will be perfect for you. The only condition? Everyone at the table has to order this menu, there can’t be any dissidents in the group. What does the Dine Before 9 menu include? Three starters to choose from the assortment of croquettes, mussels Mariniere and potatoes in spicy tomato sauce called patatas bravas; three main courses to choose from among chicken in Ibizan marinade grilled on the Josper grill, fish & chips and miso-glazed aubergine. And for dessert, ice-cream (vanilla, chocolate or strawberry) or coffee. The menu also includes a drink to choose: glass of red, white or rose wine, sparkling or still water, a glass of beer or a soft drink.

The gardens at Villa Mercedes have lovely spaces to enjoy a wonderful cocktail in good company. What’s your favourite classic cocktail? Mojito, caipirinha, piña colada, sex on the beach, aperol spritz…? Or would you rather have a mocktail? Our garden bar will mix your favourite cocktail or mocktail for you to enjoy a fabulous summer night in the Med. For you and everyone in your group! We’re open until 1 a.m., so there’s no hurry to change scene.
