Villa Mercedes: Season 2024 is here!
You can now come back to the most charming and romantic restaurant in San Antonio Bay, in an old summer villa that has become one of the most special places to dine in Ibiza. With friends or with your partner, once again you can enjoy unforgettable evenings with great food, refreshing cocktails and live shows.
Built in 1901, this old mansion stands out because it’s one of the last ones of its kind to survive in San Antonio village, giving a unique touch to any meal or dinner in this iconic setting. Apart from its beautiful terrace with balustrade and its sea view, you’ll find a cool lush garden accompanied by the murmur of water. The ideal place to have an afternoon snack, or dinner with a pleasant breeze, or sip a cocktail in the chill-out area.
From market to table
For this summer, we’ve prepared a menu centred on fresh, quality local products, aiming to keep as loyal to the island produce as possible. You’ll find delicious proposals to share or whet your appetite, meat and pasta and Levante-style rice dishes finished off under the grill for 5-6 minutes. Mediterranean flavours with a few international dishes that you can accompany with a refreshing sangría or something from our carefully chosen list of wines, cava and champagnes.
And after your meal, nothing better than a refreshing cocktail! At Villa Mercedes, you’ll be able to choose your favourite cocktail among the classic summer favourites: mojito, caipirinha, piña colada, sex on the beach, aperol spritz... Classic flavours that pair perfectly with a summer night in good company. And if you like to have dinner with live music, this summer we’re offering several shows a month. We’ll announce the programme on our Instagram and Facebook profiles as soon as it’s ready.
Afternoon snack or dinner?
For this 2024 season, Villa Mercedes will be open long hours for you to come in the evening or late afternoon, when you’ll find a snack menu for you to eat something with a beer, glass of wine or cocktail. Our opening times?
Mon-Thu: 17:00h – 01:00h (kitchen closes at 00:00h)
The afternoon Snack Menu will be available every day from 17:00h to 19:00h.

Once again, we’re opening our indoor and outdoor spaces for all kinds of events, like weddings, family gatherings, product launches, business events... We also have a special menu for groups, which is very popular among customers travelling in a large group of friends.
